Booked as order hours
Individually agreed work that goes beyond the standard setup:
- Custom setups, for example a pipeline that automatically processes incoming email
- Integrations between your services and third party tools
- Special configurations and data migrations
- Consulting and implementation for your use case
Every plan includes a monthly quota of order hours, anything beyond that is billed at your plan's hourly rate. Support for acute platform issues is separate and never counts against your order hours.
