The workspace is the way in, and its overview says what is running

• The workspace overviewNew

  After signing in you land in the workspace you last worked in. Its overview leads with servers, services and your checklist as three tiles, and beneath them a world map with a dot for each of your servers where it stands, the booked servers as tiles with their status, processor, memory and usage, your running services beside them and the logbook. Tabs above each list filter by status, and the checklist opens as a side sheet from its own tile.

• The server card says where it stands and what it is made ofImproved

  Every server card now carries the location, the IP address with a button to copy it, and one line summing up processor cores, memory and storage. The mark of the operating system sits beside the name, and the three readings beneath it read as they do on the server page itself.

• The organisation is the administration, not the deskImproved

  The organisation page opens on an overview of six tiles: workspaces, members, servers, services, your plan and what is owed. Members and observers work in the workspace only and are sent there. The network view is gone — what runs on a machine is read on that server's own page.

• A new organisation is reviewed before it is unlockedImproved

  Whoever creates an organisation first sees a review screen; once we have unlocked it, it is there without a new sign-in. The contract and the first invoice come with the unlocking rather than with the form, so billing starts on the day you can actually work. Invitations can be accepted while the review runs.

  The application and the website now carry the same mark and the same design: the three chevrons as the brand, quieter surfaces, clearer colours for the state of a server or a service, and a page that is loading shows the mark instead of a spinner.

A mail that did not reach you is delivered again on its own

• Delivery with a second tryImproved

  When a mail from us, an invoice for instance, does not get through at the first try, the platform tries again by itself several times over the following hours. If it gives up, our team sees that together with the mail server's answer and sends you the same mail to the same address again. There is nothing you need to do.

• An invoice you never received is made againImproved

  If you tell us an invoice never arrived, our team can send it again from the invoice itself: a new mail with the current figures and a freshly built PDF, to the billing addresses you have on file. That works for mail that failed before this release too. An invoice you have already paid is not sent again, and you are still notified only once per invoice.

One page for your server: what runs on it, how it is doing and what has happened to it

• The server pageNew

  Every one of your servers now has a page of its own. Every component of every service sits on it as one tile, carrying the icon of the service, the name of the component, what it is doing right now and what it is using in processor and memory. Tiles stay where you drag them. The card at the top names the server, states what you booked and shows what it costs each month.

• Three readings, with the whole day behind themNew

  Processor, memory and storage sit at the top of the card as three readings. One click opens the whole day as a curve over the page, with the lowest, the average and the highest value. Every figure says when it was measured instead of presenting itself as current.

• The page tells you unprompted when something is wrongNew

  When a server has been heavily loaded for a while, the reading responsible carries a mark beside its name. Open it and it tells you how loaded the server has been and since when, and what helps: more storage for the disk, or a request to us for a bigger server. If it turns critical we also write to you. A notice you have seen can be put away, and it comes back if the server gets worse than it was when you put it away.

• The logbook: what has happened to this serverNew

  For every server we record what has happened to it: when it was set up, when it was given its address, when storage was added, every booking, every cancellation and every maintenance. A button at the top right of the card opens that record beside the tiles, and the page tells you how much of it is new since you last looked.

• Book a service straight onto the serverNew

  From the server page you open a searchable overview of everything the catalog offers and book one of them straight onto this server. The booking opens as a sheet beside the surface, without the page jumping underneath it, and before you confirm it names the invoice the booking raises.

• The data processing agreement is part of the booking sheetNew

  When you book a service, the processing annexes are part of the sheet, naming the sub-processors and the place each of them works in. Anything your organization has already agreed reads as agreed. Where an agreement is still missing, the sheet says so plainly instead of letting the booking through without it.

• Your servers in the navigationNew

  Your servers are now named in the workspace navigation and lead straight to their page from there. The server list in your organization opens the server itself as well, instead of the list you came from.

• Take a cancellation backNew

  A cancellation you triggered by accident can be taken back until the term actually ends. The server then runs on, together with the add-ons booked on it.

• Storage is measured against the actual diskFixed

  The storage figure on the dashboard and on the tiles now divides by the disk that was actually measured rather than by a booked number. Where a measurement is missing, that is stated instead of the line quietly disappearing.

• An overbooked server is a warning, not a refusalImproved

  When a service no longer fits the chosen server on paper, the wizard stops refusing the booking. It tells you in words what that means and you confirm it with a checkbox. What runs on your server at the same time is your decision.

• Booking a service: owners and adminsImproved

  Only the owner and the admins of an organization can book a service now. Members and observers still see everything, including the server page with its readings and its logbook, but no longer trigger a booking.

• The language your browser asks forImproved

  On your first visit the application comes up in the language your browser asks for, as long as a catalogue exists for it. Your own choice in the language selector still takes precedence and is remembered.

Shorter onboarding, an address search that works, and packages next to your contract

• One field instead of six for your addressImproved

  When you create an organization you now type your address into a single search field and pick it from the list. Street, house number, postal code and city fill themselves in. The individual fields appear only afterwards, and you can correct any of them without starting over. If the map service does not know your address, one click opens the fields and you type it in by hand.

• No more question about your payment methodImproved

  The payment method step is gone from the wizard. It never changed anything about your billing. Card payment is set up in your own billing area. Instead the summary tells you that an invoice will follow, and only when your plan actually produces one.

• Legal: two checkboxes instead of ten documentsImproved

  You now confirm exactly the two contracts being concluded with you: the terms and conditions and the data processing agreement, each with its own checkbox. The annexes are listed below with download links, and the privacy policy is a link with a note, because a privacy policy informs you rather than asking for your agreement. The SLA no longer appears in the wizard at all.

• Packages now sit with your contractImproved

  Your booked packages are now a tab under Organization, Contract, next to the contract overview. Everything about what you booked and on what terms is in one place. Cancelling works from there exactly as before, and old bookmarks redirect you automatically.

Dedicated servers, bookable packages and one place for everything legal

• Book a dedicated serverNew

  You can now book a dedicated server for your workspace and pick the size that fits what runs on it. If your plan already includes one, the credit appears as its own line and a larger size only costs the difference.

• Add-ons on the server itselfNew

  Extra storage and a dedicated IP address are booked straight from the card of the server they belong to. Each booking can be cancelled on its own, and you see the monthly cost before you confirm.

• Place services on your servers yourselfNew

  When you book a service you place its components on your servers by drag and drop. The wizard checks CPU and memory as you go and shows an itemised pro rata preview before you order.

• PackagesNew

  Under Organization, Packages you find every booked package with its terms. Before you move to a newer version of a package you see exactly what changes, and cancelling walks you through it step by step.

• Everything legal in the organization settingsNew

  Contracts, processing annexes and notices now sit in their own tab in your organization settings. Links from mails that were already sent keep working.

• Report content without an accountNew

  Anyone can report unlawful content through the notice page and check the status later with their case code. Notices concerning your organization show up in your organization settings.

• Take your data with youNew

  When your contract ends we keep your data bundle available for a fixed period and only delete it afterwards. The deadlines are on the Data Act information page.

• Orders belong to the organizationImproved

  Orders and processes are no longer tied to a single workspace but to your organization, so you find all of them in one place no matter where they started.

• Storage is measured against what you bookedImproved

  Organization level views now measure against the storage you booked, meaning server size plus extra packs. What is actually in use on a single server is still shown on that server's page.

• One prorated invoice per bookingImproved

  Each booking produces exactly one prorated invoice instead of several partial ones. Anything your plan already includes appears as its own credit line in the cost preview.

• A loading screen while a page opensImproved

  While a page is still loading you now see the animated Stelvion mark instead of an empty area. That goes for the public website as well as for your organization and your workspaces.

  An address that does not exist, and an error inside the application, now land on a branded page that explains what happened and takes you back with one click. On an error it also shows a reference you can quote to support.
